Central scientific library of Liepāja is a public library of local government which is the largest centre of information and culture, as well as a guardian of printed publications from 16th century till nowadays not only in Liepāja but also in Lejaskurzeme. Our library- and informative activity is connected with the Light network ("Gaismas tīkls") wherewith we attend to every inhabitant of Latvia who wants it.
